She have been participated in different roles in the school administration, including Board member, Office Administrator, Vice Principal. She is now currently hired by WVCLS as a part-time Principal. She has been in this position since 2008. |

Kelvin joined the Board in 2009 as a PTA director. He is happy to be one of the members of a well known Chinese School with a long history in the Bay Area. His second grade daughter has been enjoying WVCLS classes since kindergarten. |

Billy has been a WVCLS parent since 1998 when his oldest of three children enrolled in CK. He joined the WVCLS board in 2001 and served the school in different capacities ever since, including the Principal role during 2005-2006 and 2007-2008. He would love to hear from fellow parents regarding our children’s education and the fine establishment of West Valley Chinese Language School. |

His son and daughter are currently attending WVCLS in 2nd and 4th grade respectively while his older son has benefited eight years of Chinese education from West Valley Chinese Language School. |
